5. Limitation of Liability & Damage Disclaimer
While our certified technicians utilize professional, industry-standard tools designed for damage-free entry, certain vehicles with pre-existing mechanical wear, electronic lock vulnerabilities, altered door frames, or specialized security systems carry inherent risks.
Syracuse Car Lockout and its technicians are not liable for pre-existing damage to vehicles, nor for unavoidable wear or incidental damage that may occur during difficult or high-risk emergency unlock procedures (such as severely jammed mechanisms or weather-damaged seals).
We are not responsible for delays in response times caused by severe weather conditions, heavy traffic accidents, road closures, or inaccurate location details provided by the customer.
